This place suits me perfectly. I love the free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and the outdoor swimming pool. On my first stay, staff helped me find great places to visit. I'm coming back for Christmas!

Pleasant hotel with welcoming staff from staff member and free Wi-Fi. Perfect rooms. English breakfast with lots of options.

Very nice large rooms, tasteful and modern. Renovated in 2016 and you can tell it. I'd definitely spend the night there again next time.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, with excellent air conditioning and a tv and relaxing after a day exploring nearby attractions just 25 minutes away by train from central London.

Staff could use a smile!

It was a bit tricky to park since the layout is kinda awkward. The room was nice, but the restaurant service in the morning was not great. The lady there seemed annoyed before I even said anything! They dropped the ball on room cleaning on the second day. The young guy at the front desk, though? He was awesome. The breakfast was pretty good too.

Pleasant and friendly staff, spacious room and good value for money

Bathroom fittings - ie plugs - needed replacing. Little thing but important if you are fussy about all things bathroom. Expensive room service - a little too pricey for someone staying for the full 4 nights. About £6 a sandwich and I would consider it!!! Room service of £3 makes a simple sandwich almost £15 - way too much for most people

The staff was very kind, the room was nice and the breakfast was great. Very close to Luton Airport so it is the best choice for late night check-in also (if you rent a car from the airport).

There's nothing I can complain about, except the car parking places are really narrow, but that's quite usual in UK I think.

Just felt very clean, comfortable an relaxed, especially after a 200 mile drive and knowing I wanted to have a lazy drink and chat before wokring the following day, so it ticked all the boxes for me

the hotel is really nice and clean, i liked the comfy bed and the strong shower in the bathroom, breakfast was super tasty and helped me start my day off right, all the staff were friendly and helpful, the atmosphere was chill and cozy.

But the walls were a bit thin, i could hear the noise from the next room which woke me up in the morning. The check-in took longer than expected.
